MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – In January 2010, the export of enterprises affiliated with the Bellegprom concern made up $34.3 million, up 18.2% over the same period in 2009, BelTA learnt from the concern.
The enterprises exported to 29 countries worldwide, with Russia remaining the major customer. In January 2010, the exports to Russia reached $27.9 million, up 22.2% over the same period a year before.

GOMEL, 11 March (BelTA) – BelTA’s photo exhibition “The Winners” opened in the Gavriil Vashchenko Gallery of Gomel on 11 March, BelTA has learnt.
The exposition features more than 70 large-format pictures timed to the 65th anniversary of Great Victory. In the photo you can see participants of the Great Patriotic War.
Grigory Denisenko, the Hero of the Soviet Union, Honorary Citizen of Gomel and the Gomel Oblast, took part in the opening ceremony of the BelTA photo exhibition. 
GOMEL, 24 February (BelTA) – The Gomel Oblast of Belarus and the Vysocina Region of the Czech Republic will develop partnership relations between their towns. The agreement on this was reached during a meeting of Deputy Chairman of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee Boleslav Pirshtuk and Honorary Consul of Belarus to the Czech Republic Irzi Krzivan, BelTA has learnt.
The town of Trebic may become the first Czech town which will establish the partnership relations.
